1. How do I place an order with Wule Vape?

You can now place orders directly through our official website, where you can browse products, select flavours, and check out in just a few clicks. For bulk or custom orders, you can still contact us via WeChat or WhatsApp.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we support the payment options available during website checkout. We are also working on enabling all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and more — coming soon for an even smoother shopping experience.

3. Is my payment secure?

Yes. All online transactions on our website are encrypted and protected through secure payment gateways. Once checkout is complete, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your order details.

4. Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is processed and shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

5. Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?

Yes — once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary, estimated delivery time, and tracking details once shipped.

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your region. Remote areas may require additional time.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
